The trade that sent Jarrett Jack, Josh McRoberts, and the rights to Brandon Rush to Indiana for Jarryd Bayless and Ike Diogu is finally official. It was announced today by GM Kevin Pritchard. Bayless will fight incumbent PG Steve Blake for the starting role this season, and is expected to take over full time PG duty by the end of the 08/09 season.
Official jersey numbers were also announced today. Blazer newcomers will wear the following:

Jerryd Bayless - #4
Rudy Fernandez - #5
Nicolas Batum - #88
